Yea, Pac haters went on this rant about how cheap it is to watch Pac fight versus Mayweather. They were telling people that the cheap seats at Pacs last fight were $25. That was laughable considering during the Pac/Clottey fight Max Kellerman interviewed in between rounds in the crowd and said it was $35 for standing room only.

Not only that, but stadium parking was going for $75 bucks, and at the lowest, $50 on parking lots that were a few blocks away from the stadium.

I parked at this ****** @ss hotel parking lot, and still payed 30 bucks. That fight wasn't cheap at all to go to....regardless of what those haters were trying to tell you.

The cheapest tickets sold for the Pac v Clottey were 25$... that is why Mayweather still holds the record for gate money totals... they have to fill up those seats in that new big Texas Stadium or it will look bad when is televised on PPV. I really don't know what is so hard to understand about that. Also, Just look at the stars that come out to watch Mayweather fights vs the ones that come out to watch Pac's. Theirs probably a 6-1 difference favoring Mayweather in that department which is another reason Mayweather always end up w/the better PPV#'s when faced against like opponents.

Pacquiao, Arum, Roach and Koncz are a all a disgrace to boxing. Fights like this and people like them are the reason why UFC is getting bigger and bigger and boxing is in decline. I hate to say it but if we get more fights like this and more people like Pacquiao. Boxing will die sooner or later.

When given the option to fight Pac he decided to go on vacation AND if you want to talk about giving a cheater a payday, Mayweather also gave one his biggest on his last fight.

You're right. Instead of fighting twice a year in front of 50-70K people in stadiums, promoting boxing through Nike, Time Magazine covers, late night talk shows, etc... Pacquiao should just take convenient 2 year 'retirements' or 'vacations' whenever threats arise. That'll really help Boxing, right?

That has more to do with location than the fighters. I lived in Vegas as well as Dallas. More stars will go to Vegas over Dallas...which is common knowledge.

Not only that but even when there aren't fights in Vegas, you will still see stars on the strip or in Vegas.

Having a fight there is just an excuse to go to Vegas, a place they would have went any ways.
