So exactly why will berto beat Marquez then? If he can outbox Pac, he can SURELY outbox berto right?

Marquez is not ****** enough to take a risk with a young Welterweight like Berto little money..... He might as wil fight Katsidas or go to England and fight Khan for some nice change....... Berto needs to fight guys his own age, weight class and who are relevant

Marquez has more than proven his right to be in the ring with Manny.

        maybe not at welterweight,

but why not meet at 140? it's not as if Manny is a big welter, if so, i would understand.

i am amazed at how Bob Arum is trying his best not to make this fight.

If Marquez was going to challege a dangerous young gunner it might as well be Timmothy Bradely and not Berto

Why would he fight any of those natural welterweights when they will outweigh him by at least 15 pounds when they get in the ring? How come all of a sudden Arum doesn't seem to know what a catchweight is when that's all Pacquiao fights at now?

Faces don't score fights. If that was the case Pacquiao would have lost to Clottey.

Neither fight is competitive. JMM was getting hit at will but Diaz in both fights. JMM has no business fight Khan or Pac.

                    full of **** Arum...

Pacquiao is not a legit WW himself (although he's kicking real WWs butts)

Marquez is linked forever to Pacquiao through their 2 great fights

Marquez shouldn't have to prove his worth at WW, because he has already arguably beaten Pacquiao twice, hence he deserves a third fight

these are just excuses not to put Marquez in the ring again with Pacquiao

I would say ducking is more when you accuse a fighter of PED accusations, then not bothering with working out a contract after the fighter is willing to meet another fighters demands...

Ducking is not giving another fighter a chance, Pac gave Marquez 2 chances.. Floyd has given Pac NONE..
