Hypothetically if Pacquiao did fight JMM again and it was at 147, and he won. All the apologists would say that he only beat him because JMM is not a Welterweight. And it looks like that he aint willing to meet JMM at 140.

So instead, Arum is offering Marquez to come back to Welterweight one more time and have a better showing, that way if Pac does beat him, it won't be discredited as harshly as it probably will be.

First off, to the people saying Pac can't make 140 lbs, please take this moment to take Manny's nuts from your throat since it's cutting off your circulation. I will admit JMM will get blown out at 140 lbs, Manny can make JW and all you people know it!
