    So 'Berto vs smaller fighters' is ok but all hell breaks loose for 'Khan vs JMM'

    Talk about double standards.

    Since Amir moved up to 140 he has only, I repeat, ONLY fought genuine top 10 140 lbers. Berto on the other hand has fought 2 140 lbers since he won the 147 belt. And he is looking for another 140 lber (Kotelnik or Maidana) now.

    Yet Amir gets criticized so much for the possibillity of fighting JMM at 140. And don't give me that bull**** that JMM is fighting 3 weights above his normal weight. He KO'd two legit 135 lbers who were never KO'd before.

    Talk about double standards.

      It's not a double standard if nobody is ok with it.

      I'm one of Bertos biggest fans on this site... it isn't ok.

              But Berto gets way less hate. Amir gets called A mere Con and **** but nobody calls Berto names. Its not fair.

                          i dont like a Khan vs Marquez fight, not when his divison is so talent full BUT i Gaurentee u Bradley, Maidana, Alexander or Ortiz wuld all jump a the chance to fight JMM.

                          Berto is a guy who i enjoy watching but he pissing me off now, Why not take on a Clottey for example, no need to beat on the 140 fighters

                                  What are you talking about? Berto gets a lot of **** on this forum for wanting to fight 140 pounders.

                                  The double standard is wanting a Pacquiao-Marquez 3 at 140 and criticizing Khan for fighting Marquez at 140. That is definitely a double standard imo.

                                      Don't know what you been smoking but Berto gets pissed on everywhere...

                                      Doesn't change the fact though that Khan should fight someone his own size! And I like the guy!
