like it or not margarito is the biggest payday out there outside of floyd.
berto , bradley , alexander , williams....... all might be better opponents and more deserving but they wouldn't sell like margarito does.

No one fights the best fighter each and every time. So do you want Manny to fight the number 1 contender/top p4p guy each and every time he steps in the ring. Sorry...boxing doesn't work that way.
Manny has consistently fought the elite fighters of the sport/around his weight class and has constantly challenged himself. This is what his fans refer to when they say he fights the best.

it's just fan bias talk. manny fights for money just like everyone else.
it's a business and it's a shame all these people that supposedly follow boxing don't understand how it works.
like all the ducking talk with amir khan and juanma lopez. they don't understand you can't make the big fights yet until it will sell big. it's like an investment. you don't sell a stock until it's at a time when you think it's the most valuable.Comment
