It hasn't gone through yet. The Lawyer was guessing and assuming. Nothing has happened yet. Not officially. He said he "thinks" it will go to trial. Not it "will" go to trial next year. What else would he say when he's getting paid?

I told you guys the case would go through and it does hold weight as a vast subpopulation of this site alone think Pac is a roider with no evidence based on what Floyd sr said.......more money coming out of Jr's pocket now.
