Oscar de la hoya and Floyd couldn't come up with any evidence to back their public statements that Pac is on steroids. Strong grounds for defamation suit and therefore the suit isn't tossed out

I think the onus is on Pacquiao to prove he is clean. Evidence/proof goes both ways. Given the debacle with margachito, clearly things can be hidden so well that few even think to accuse until someone accidentally comes across evidence or proof. Mosley...no one would have known had Conte not ratted on him. If Pacquiao takes unscheduled OSTs and comes away clean then I think the lawsuit should proceed. Otherwise it just savors of sour g****s.
