you would be naive to think floyd would have signed the contract back in march if pacquiao agreed to all his demands. if he won't fight now why would he fight then? it was a bluff to make pac look bad and now that pac has called his bluff he's on vacation.

For the simple fact that Pac hasnt agreed to random testing, you guys and hop and skip around the real issue at hand but it all comes back to random testing, you cant get away from it. well he's agreed to random testing up to 14 days of the fight. seems like floyd fans don't understand you can't use peds in a 14 day period. usada knows this that's why they cut off testing at 18 days. i thought the point was to prove pac wasn't on steroids? 14 day cutoff does that. it looks like floyd just wants to harass pac and test him right before the fight cause he knows that spooks him. this proves floyd doesn't care about cleaning up the sport or proving if pac is clean cause 14 days would prove that. vacation time!

Dont be naive, you and everybody else knows that if Pac had agreed to random testing then we would have a fight. Also Cotto doesnt need to clear up anything, he was in against a man that cheated, not once but possibly twice with Pacquiao. Id get far away as I can from Top Rank if I was Cotto.
