Lets go Juanma, shut this dude up for once. But Cab needs to get serious and not request a redic amount of money. No way hes getting what rafa got, he needs to just take the shorter end and take the big fight, if it happens.

looks like thats what gonna happen. we all know arum aint 2 big on this fight 2 begin with so for him 2 demand rafa or juanma money is no bueno for negotiations.

No sir I do not but I do feel they can work something out so we can get a fight most of us want to see. I think Caba would take less if they just negotiate a little. Id rather that than have him face a concecion type again, or god forbid Jhonny Gonzales for mexican independence day. I just wanna see the fight my man.

50/40? What kind of an uneven deal is that. Look bro I like JuanMa as much as you do but come on figh the fucking guy already. Caballero aint that good IMO but fight him at least damn, make it happen.

So then you do understand by Cab asking for the same amount from the jump he is in effect pricing himself out of the fight. I agree that Juanma has acted like a ***** when it comes to fighting Cab because when you fight Luevano and Mtagwa you have no argument when you claim Cab isnt a name but at the same time things like this ridiculous demand from Cab and the fact that Arum seems to be the one who really doesnt want to make the fight maybe Juanma isnt totally at fault for this fight not coming off.

Did you miss the part of the article where Cab says he wants the same cut Rafa or Juanma is getting?

Yes I do understand but you also understand that boxing purses are not decided by what a fighter states on a website article and that is set in stone. Its called negotiations and I would hope Caba realizes he might have to take some short money to get what he wants and if he doesnt thats on him. I wouldnt condone him getting ****d but 60-40 or 65-35 is good with me. Juanma should make it happen and if Caba stands firm on 50/50 I will not criticize Juanmaricon for that as long as he fights a live body.

Yeah but he is also willing and able to prie himself out and by doing so screwing himself

No you don't have to wait. Caballero made him back off already by demanding "give me what Rafa was getting or what Juanma is getting"

Screw the money issue?? Tell that to Caballero who is demanding the same amount of boxer who have fand base and popularity. He might be good or even better than Juanma or whoever you might want to say but the fact is that he will not draw what Rafa-Juanma would draw for several reasons.

                      1) Both Fighters fan base bigger than Caballero's.
                      2) Mexican/PuertoRican rivary.
                      3) Las Vegas is easier to attract the mexican comunnityespecially on one of their special weekends.

Don't know where you have been but sadly boxing now a day is business, whether you like it or not and Caballero need to understand that he needs to accept way less and beat one of either Juanm or Gamboa and then demand. In the meantime he does not have the popularity, fan base much less does he have the draw to demand the same amount as these boxers. remember this is not the 1st time that Caballero has screwed himself and he is not getting any younger at age 34 he is pricing himself out of his retirement money. Not saying he should retire just saying the big paydays will slip away if he continues with his demands.
