The way I understood it is he turned down 60/40 in Mosley's favor and demanded 50/50 witch he didn't get. 40% against Mosley would have been less than the Quintana fight.

berto turned down the fight because he didn't think he could beat mosley. also there was that haiti thing and berto thought he could get a larger fan base by doing some charity work

As far as I knew, the fight was on and being promoted heavily by HBO and GBP until that hati earthquake 3 weeks prior which killed it. Earthquakes just dont happen because of pay cuts people
