Manny Pacquiao has taken the same amount of random drug test as Erik Morales... Why isn't Morales doing random drug testing for this fight??? What a ****** and UNEDUCATED argument! ERIK...the answer to your question is because like you...who did not get random tested even once...IS BECAUSE IT's NOT REQUIRED!!! especially if the one who is asking(PBF) is not in anyway superior to the PACMAN's achievements and is a proven COWARD, everybody knows this...let the governing body decide on this not the athletes...its like a country without government...its chaos if no one mediates disputes over policies...
