Not too long ago, Manny Pacquiao said he is open to all drug testing that chicken Floyd and his cahoots are talking about. The Nevada Ahtletic Commission said that the Olympic Blood testing is not needed in boxing and it is too dangerous for the fighters (unless you are a chicken or a duck). This is just an old bull**** being thrown in because they can not think of another new excuse. Every body noticed the deafening silence in the Mayweather camp.
