Shane Mosley admitted to take steroids he was never caught taking or detected taking. He stepped forward on his on will and confessed his mistake with so much to lose - technically, we don't really no for sure if cheated, we don't have concrete proof (pun intended). Whereas Margarito remained under revocation (even until today where the main commissioner told them he was still under suspension until a rendered decision) because he was caught in attempting to used altered handwraps that would have given him an advantane in power and directly be using them against Mosley (you could have 0 boxing skill/talent but with punches landed using illegal handwraps is cheating/harmful) - thus the evidence of said 'attempted cheating' was right in front of them. The first argument from Margs camp was that 1) they are accusing me of something that isn't true than it was because 2) they're racist towards me (Arum claims) then it was 3) Okay, so I did have something in my wraps but it was my trainers fault, punish him not me....then to the most recent 4) "Okay so I take responsibility but I didn't know so why yall hating on me? But fck man, I already said I'm sorry and turned down a gazillion dollars to fight in Mexico bcuz I'm so damn sincere *puppy dog eyes*" Margarito continues to play naive and innocent when they had the evidence right there whereas Mosley outrighted admitted he had used steroids without us ever really knowing. Thus Mosley would have an easier time being re-instated since he admitted to something very tarnishing to his reputation without us ever having proof that he was indeed taking illegal EPO's.

I hope people see that what Margarito did and his association to his trainer is a serious crime and sin, in a sport where the intent of imposing damage is already dangerous but to implement an unfair advantage is just sickening. Margarito and R. Garcia knew about the Collins-Resto incident but refused to acknowledge it in the hearing because they knew that they would be in the same picture. Stepping up like a man and admitting you were wrong, you know about your mistakes without actually having the proof of branding you a cheater and Margarito saying 'im innocent but ill take responsibility' only adds to the questioning of how credible are his recent wins since if never paid attention to how his trainer wrapped his hands, how do we know he didn't use them? We don't and the same thing with Mosley and his tribulations except Sugar was able to step up and admit what he had done fcked up.

This case is closed so stop crying since Pacquiao is going to end up fighting that pendejo in the land of 'everything is bigger...including corruption'.
