How did Mosley got his license reinstated but not Margarito?

Mosley never got banned.

He didn't test positive, the drugs he took were "undetectable" drugs that BALCO made.

That I didn't know.. but I thought he was somehow caught or tested positive after or something like that. Then how did all these issue raised up about him taking PEDS?

Shane was never actually caught cheating. His name showed up on Conte's list of customers and he was called to testify in the case. He stated he "unknowlingly" may have taken EPO.

plenty of roid users have fought after using roids. to name a few: RJJ, Vargas, Toney, Holyfield, etc...

some other boxers who have used xylocaine and lydocaine which is banned in many commission also have been able to box despite usage.

Cheating is cheating. I am not saying that it has the same effect but the fact that using peds and loading gloves with plaster of paris have something in similar which is not fighting fair?
