When manny said he abides by the commission he wasn't referring to CSAC in particular. He's referring to the commission where the fight would be held. It seems like the fight will happen at Texas so it means he will abide by TSAC rules.

Having said that, I say this fight sucks and I'm all against it happening.

Personally, though i would be interested in watching a Marg vs Cotto 2 myself, its a lose-lose situation for Marg.

If he loses, people would consider it as proof that he cheated.

If he won, people would then say that Cotto never truly recovered from the damage he received from the plaster in their last fight and thus it would be considered a hollow victory.
