This is a kenundrum. *******s always tout the infalable perfection and divinity of the commissions and their perfect rules regarding drug testing even though their tests can and have been beaten. So I assume then that this ruling is perfect and as such would be disrespectful to ignore the perfect commissions ruling and look elsewhere but I'll have wait and see.
