first , he didnt cheat , there was no proof. There was no plaster.

this is unfair. another year until he can reapply for a license? this is a joke! he'll be 33 by then, boxing is this mans job , you can't take that away from him because of one incident in where he was involved without knowing! if they think he's used an illegal pad not wrappings before then the commissions around the world must of not done their job correctly because it slipped through their eyes! the ****** lady asking margarito questions was obviously ignorant because when she was reading out the rules from a piece of paper, the guy on the right didn't even know you had to obtain a sparring permit which means none of those damn commission people know every single rule in their own rulebook. i dont support cheating but this is unfair in every way possible because this is not only a sport for many its a living and when they've sacrifised a year off without working and now have to sacrifise another year because they won't admit to something they did not do is not right. if anyone needs to be suspended its the commission not knowing every single rule in their rulebook. with that said i hope the texas commission gives him a license even if its just for a day to prove he is still a warrior and does not need to cheat to compete.

Margarito is pretty dumb then if did not see that they were clearly using plaster on his hands. He knew what they were doing and remember how he was so confident that he would be the first to knock Mosley out and boldly predicted it several times. Once he got caught using the illegal handwraps his confidence was completely shot.

He didn't admit to "doing it on purpose, but that he had carelessly taken the wrong pads out of his bag, which it aseems, was a repository for everything that the other gym guys would throw into it.

However he very adamantly stated that Margarito was completely innocent of all knowledge or blame.

wow if someone is ignorant then it is you, yes it is his job but he put his job in jeopardy and allowed or even hired a trainer that would even consider doing something like that, he is in no way entitled to a liscense or should even get one back after what he and his camp have done and tried to do, just look at luis resto he claimed that he didnt know what was going on for years and years but he actually did, he did jail time and was banded for life Margarcheato is lucky that he got off with the slap on the wrist that he did i say screw him and dont let him back in ever

margarito should've never boxed in mexico. he should've sat out the entire time he wasn't liscenced. Margarito should've applied for a license before negotiations for a pac fight even began. This is why his license was denied.

Also margarito shouldn't have been so defiant right after the fight. he should've broke ties with capetillo immediately and separated himself from capetillo.

He was suspended for a YEAR, not a lifetime, so why the hell should he sit around and be deprived not only of makinng a living, like anyone else, but also seeing his condition and skills deteriorating, as indeed, according to the fight report, they had.
