Styles make fights sometimes, though Khan clearly has a jab that should wary any opponent.

    • **** both of them. They are not on Pac/May's caliber to demand this b*ll****s. Looks like they are going to be a major problem in the near future---

      • 50-50 is very fair. What these guys need to realize is, at this stage of their career its not about the money. Their not in the same category with Khan or a De La Hoya where their coming out of the olympics with a big fan base and can demand huge amounts of money. They have to grind their way to that position like Floyd and Manny did. Those 2 didn't start off making big bucks. They fought their way up the latter until they beat the right opponents to earn huge pay days. The business side of boxing is killing it.These guys haven't even made a big enough name for themselves for people to want to come out and see them fight. I don't know how you accomplish that by only fighting 1 or 2 times a year. How do you get known like that? These promoters need to start having these young guys fight every other month like the old school fighters.2 things will happen. 1,they'll pad their record by fighting b and c class fighters. 2, they'll build up a fan base that will demand fighters like Floyd and Manny to fight them. That's when they can start demanding these big pay days.So I disagree with Cunningham. They do need Bradley and Bradley needs them.

        • Cunningham, obviously is now running scared. Before the Kotelnik fight they were talking all kinds of **** about how Bradley. Now all of a sudden here comes the restrictions, nothing less than a 50/50 split and the fight would be better in St. Louis. They way he was talking before made it seem as though Alexander would fight Tim anywhere, anytime. Seems like some back pedaling going on.

He is willing to do 50-50. I have never knocked Devon for that. Matter of fact I am not knocking Devon at all. Unless me thinking he got a gift decision against Kotelnkik as knocking him.

Matter of fact instead of chasing Bradley he should fight a rematch with Kotelnik.

You just being a biased fan I see cuz you from the Lou which is all cool. But, it is hilarious that Cunningham would say we will fight anywhere but it can't happen in Cali. All I said from the start is that Kevin is not serious about his fighting anywhere statement. So I really don't see what we arguing about.
im not being biased at all, and im not even trying to go back and forth with you on this crazy subject, however i am close to team alexander, the dude is my brother in law, and if i see somebody on here that is way off the point im going to correct them in a respectful manner. now i will say this again and then im done, keven is only saying that they are willing to fight outside of st. louis (so people won't think they need homecourt advantage) but it really doesn't make since to fight in cali cause they won't do nothing at the gate. you say they could do more than 2000 in cali, that might be true if they go to that other arena there that seats 10,000, but the scottrade here in st. lou seats 22000 so like i said it still makes more since to fight here than there.

if you don't care where they fight (and i don't really care either) why are you tripping off that statement he made, its not like he said the fight has to be in stl or it won't be a fight if it don't. Keven see now that alexander is a bigger draw so they want to take advantage of it. thats all...

IMO They already knew Devon was the bigger draw from the urango fight this is not a surprise..What bothers me the most is how they talk so much about Bradely talking about money and this fuss about he scared cause he is talking bout money..To talking bout Money so does that now mean Devon is scared??

                • Alexander should rematch Kotelnik and Bradley should take on Maidana or Khan; either one.

no it doesn't mean devon is scared because its not the same way bradley was going about it. bradley was saying the fight should ''build up'' so they could make more money, when in reality the fight really wasn't going to get any bigger than it is now. keven on the other hand is just saying the fight should be in st. louis so they can make more money and it shouldn't be in cali because they will lose out on money, and will also be willing to fight any where else, it don't have to be in stl. how does that sound like he is being scared? you can't compare that with bradley dropping his tittle to avoid devon claiming he wasn't offered more money to fight him when bradley fought nate, getting 125k for him and could have got 150k for devon, then after devon beat urango bradley was offered 800k and he turned it down to try to fight maidana for 600k. now he sets another double standard saying he only fights for money, but won't fight where the money is which is in stl.

and devon being afraid is crazy talk its really funny to be honest, they already have the game plan for bradley.
