What is appalling is that many people doesn't understand that:

1. Gather formal accusations
2. Gather proofs and evidence
3. Deliberate whether there is a case or not

And so are there any proofs that Pacquiao "roiding", drugging and then some that meets the grounds of FULL DRUG TESTING?

1. Does his winning ways from the lower weight divisions to the heavier weight division count as a "proof" that he is "roiding", druggin and then some?

NO.

In my opinion, Pacquiao isn't subjected nor he is obligated towards testing because the accusing party cannot come up with proofs/evidence towards charges or even drug testing.

This in itself is a "charge" against the Mayweather forcing the issue while lacking substantial materials to back up their claims. If anything, Pacquiao's counter "charges" against them has more beef.

First of all, Pacquiao never had a documented reason or two of his "drugging". In fact, both Mayweather (Jr) and Pacquiao passed with flying colors in their history according to the Nevada Commission.

What the Mayweathers have are pure speculation based on their fears and nothing more until they can come up with substantial proof/s inorder to bring FULL DRUG TESTING.

That's the way it works in the court system and that's the way it should be in the sport of boxing when a party is accusing the other party.

Stop posting lies. Pac isn't getting blood drawn as if he volunteered to be a blood donor lol... You don't even know what goes on during the testing lol... Random testing offers the threat of testing up to the fight, but doctors probably won't test 7 days before a fight. Many doctors have commented on this issue, and you think that what you read is universally correct lol... FOOH with that lol...
