well the idea is for California to give him his just due and even if he gets denied then at least it frees Margarito to apply elsewhere. This is the mandate from ABC not TR or Margarito. ABC felt that CSAC had not been too attentive in Tony's request for a hearing so they told them to have a meeting so he can move on.

there really isnt much of a difference in getting caught doing something and getting caught attemtping 2 do something. if a guy attempts 2 **** a girl isnt it almost just as bad as a the guy that actually ****d a girl???? i get what u saying though, guys cant talk **** sayin he should be banned for life and then be ok with a guy like mosley being allowed 2 fight. margarito shouldnt get a pass though just because he didnt use the wraps. obviously his intentions was 2 use them.
