It depends if we are talking one punch power or accumulation of punches. For one punch you look at the likes of Abraham, Haye, Maidana. If you're looking at accumulation then Pacquiao and the Klitschko brothers.

Abraham and it isnt even close imo. If he only had better stamina he could actually throw a high volume of his bombs
