    LOL at Vitali.

I'm a fan but he's lost a lot of speed and power. He's also probably the biggest guy in the names.

    It's P4P

For me I'm not sure but gotta add Mosely still. If you let the man hit you, he's gonna hurt you. He's fought top competition so don't look at just the %.

People like Miadana only fought bums and 2 good names. He didn;t KO Kotelnik and Ortiz is a quitter.

Wlad right now probably could take out any HW but a late TKO with his shots. He's not a one punch KO guy really, he weakens you then goes for it. However he's very strong.

        1. Randall Bailey
        2. Arthur Abraham
        3. Juan Manuel Lopez
        4. Shane Mosley
        5. Manny Pacquiao
        6. Wladimir Klitschko
        7. Rafael Marquez
        8. Alfredo Angulo
        9. Marcos Maidana
        10. Lucian Bute

Honorable mention: Allan Green, Daniel Ponce de Leon, Edison Miranda, David Haye, Devon Alexander.

Its really hard to make a list like this for obvious reasons, it would probably be alot diffrent if i made the same kind of list tommorow. I based the list on their abilitys to consistently hurt world class fighters with single bursts of punches. maidana is low because he hasnt knocked out alot of top guys, Vitali isnt on the list because he wears guys down and finishes them rather than blast them out with a few big shots. His high KO percentage is a sign of dominance not power.

When we say the hardest puncher,

                    then the Boxer with the highest percentage of KO/TKO wins;

Lets take a closer look on Boxingscene latest Ranking of PFP:

                    1) Floyd Mayweather (41-0, 25 KO)
                    Age: 33
                    KO/TKO PERCENTAGE = 61%

                    2) Manny Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38 KO)
                    Age: 31
                    KO/TKO PERCENTAGE =74%

                    3) Paul Williams (38-1, 27 KO)
                    Age: 28
                    KO/TKO PERCENTAGE = 71%

                      Not having that.

It took him about 500 punches to get rid of Penalosa.
