I don't get that video, how come it wasn't a NC or DQ on Bowe since he is the one who started the altercation? Bowe threw a punch blatantly after the bell and his opponent retaliated with a kick. How is that a dq for the fighter who kicked? Shouldn't it be a Dq on Bowe for throwing a punch clearly after the bell?

A single punch or punches after the bell are not uncommon and usually get a warning but a kick leads to a dq.
