    Floyd Mayweather Vs. Manny Pacquiao

Does anyone else come to this site and just get sick of seeing the back and forth between the "*****s" and "*******s"? I will honestly say I love to watch both fighters and will do so anytime either one fights. Why are so many people out to prove one is better than the other? That this one is ducking or that one is ducking?

At the end of the day none of that stuff has anything to do with what the essence of boxing is all about. And i have seen it get worse over the last couple years. You may look at the number of times i have commented or posted and think im not too active on the site. But to the contrary, i visit this site at least 3 times a day and read damn near every article that is posted and have done so long before i even became a member of this site.

There are other issues i see that have arisen that i don't feel contribute anything positive to the site such as racial issues, financial information, articles with absolutely NO sources but quoting people left and right.

You may have read this and thought well this really didnt have much to do with the fight between manny and floyd. But if you looked at this post under those pretenses think to yourself were you reading to seek out an honest opinion on the subject or just to start another dumb war of words with someone from the other side.

    Some call it venting.
    Boredom.
    Or even foreplay.

Various reasons really. Part of human nature i guess.

I just think its crazy that a topic cant make it through one page without deteriorating to just flat out name calling and idol internet threats of who can kick whose ass.

          Because they are polar opposites

Pac is a man of few words, who goes out there and beats up his opponent

Floyd is a big mouth, self-proclaimed greatest ever, way different personalilty

Pac is an all out offensive toe to toe fighter who goes for the KO and usually gets it

Floyd is a defence first fighter whos man objective is winning the fight and its usually on points

These two fighters are SO different that 1 person cannot relate to both, only one of them

it is definitely possible to relate to both of them and i know that because I relate to both of them. the world is full of diverse groups of people are you telling me all of your friends and family are exactly the same. If you are unable to relate to more than one type of person you really should consider expanding your horizons.

I mean sure you can relate to parts of him and his life but theres no way you can relate completely to both.

Blacks tend to highly favor Floyd, asians manny.

I mean other then both of them being boxers, i cant really find a similarity between them.

i agree with the tendencies to favor one over the other and yea as far as their cultural difference there are going to be things within the asian/black cultures that the other may not relate to but that's whats so great about boxing it brings such diverse people together for the sake of the sport. My problem is that once people have aligned themselves with one of the two they then have to attack/put down the other side that's what i don't feel is necessary.
