Does Dawson deserve an immediate rematch against Pascal? No fight in between!

i think dawson should take a tune up, he was just off for nine months or so, can't remember exactly, but now that this fight is out the way, a tune up would have him nice and primed for a rematch, provided all things go off without a hitch for both dawson and pascal.

there is the risk of a loss and the rematch not happening on both ends, but it's the right path to do things in my opinion.

Who you guys picking in the rematch? I think Dawson puts a beat-down on Pascal if the rematch does happen and Pascal doesn't lose his belts before it takes place. Fighters have off nights, not just saying Pascal didn't do anything to cause Dawson problems. Because Pascal had a good game-plan against Dawson, making Dawson chase him around all night long.

If Dawson and Pascal are both down for an immediate rematch, why not? However, Pascal shouldn't have to give Dawson an immediate rematch.

I thought in the contract it says that Pascal can take a fight against another opponent before fighting Dawson again? If Pascal/Bute happens, you know Dawson will never be able to avenge the robbery that took place in Canada. Sure Pascal was winning most of the rounds, but no one can deny Pascal was serious hurt in the 11th round and was running for dear life against Dawson. Oh, and that cut is bull****. Vasquez fought through much worse cuts then that. And heck even Vitali was able to fight with a worse cut before they stopped the fight against Lennox.

GOOD POINT! I think he couldve fought on, cuz (1)it was already the 11th round and (2) Dawson had him hurt. Now maybe Dawson doesnt get the ko but who's to say he wouldnt have gotten 10-8 rounds in the 11th and 12. Hell he couldve even got a 10-8 and 10-7. So now they're saying he has no heart when clearly he knew he needed a ko and was going for it, Had they let him continue Dawson would've been looked at in a whole nother light....

Pascal can defend once, and then fight Dawson or fight an immediate rematch. If PAscal fights Bute and wins, he has to fight Dawson if Dawson doesn't lose.
