rafa is past his prime, but he's not shot. a shot boxer simply can't engage efficiently or even throw accurate combos. rafa did that in his last 2 fights with relative ease

I aint counting Rafa out in this fight, but Lopez gets nothing from me until he fights Caballero. He's gonna try to go after John because he's another old, vulnerable fighter. But he'll have to beat Caballero to get him because they got the same manager. Try to explain this to Ch@mp and he'll let it go through one ear and out the other.

The size difference could play a factor here considering Marquez was a former 118 pounder and maybe a more natural 122 pounder whereas Juanma was a big 122 pounder and is more natural 126 pounder who could end up at 130 in a couple of years.

But, if Marquez has enough gas left in the tank, he could win this fight because he is technically the better fighter, throws better combinations and I think has more 1 punch power. Plus, Lopez' defense isn't that good, Marquez will be the best fighter he's ever fought. Pretty tough fight to call IMO.

He is not shot, and not just basing it off the Izzy fight either. I saw his fight at 126 prior to Izzy at 126 against a fighter I think his name was Mendoza. Granted Mendoza is not a good fighter. Rafa looked a little rusty in that fight but showed some sharp punching as well. I didn't see any evidence of being shot. And, against Izzy he looked sharp with beautiful technique. I did not see any evidence of being shot. What evidence did you see?

He is not shot, Izzy is shot. That is how a shot fighter looks. Rafa is not shot. Now Rafa is not in his prime either. Rafa is at the tail end of his career but he is not shot.

Again I have never seen Rafa and say wow this guy is absolutely done. NEVER. He has always showed sharpness and good technique. Everybody just assumed he is shot cuz of the wars with Izzy. But, I don't see maybe you can explain it to me. I agree he is not in his prime and at the tail end of his career but that does not equal shot.

whatevr man,if you say so,if you say rafa isn't shot,then he's not...but you still say he's at the end of his career and not in his prime,thats bad enough,juanma should have faced someone in their prime and young like him
