Chagaev is cruiserweight-sized. He's actually naturally smaller than Haye, who's about the same size as Muhammed Ali and moved up because he couldn't make cruiserweight.
Big Dunn, it's obvious nothing Wlad ever does is going to earn your respect. Your mind is made up. So let's leave it at that.
But it's nice to see MOST people recognize Wlad as one of the best.

BoxRec's computerized p4p rankings have long had Wladimir in their top ten. Their current rankings include Vitali and Lucian Bute. But since Joe Calzaghe retired, no European boxer has been allowed on to the prestigious Ring p4p list.
But however grudgingly, the Ring writers and the rest of the panel have finally allowed Wladimir Klitschko into the #10 position on their list.
It's nice to see some of the Ring writers like Doug Fischer can rise above the ****** prejudice others like Eric Raskin have against European boxers.
In the past, heavyweights like Rid**** Bowe, Lennox Lewis and Evander Holyfield have been on the Ring p4p list.
My response : I can't see putting wlad in the top 10 before this based on the competition he faced. I mean did I really trash Wlad with this?

I agree with everything in this post. Now read your first two sentences out loud:
Dude, there is nobody that is at his level in Heavyweights, they are literally 1 class above anybody in the heavyweights. Most of the HW's are overweight bums and the others are scared to fight them.
Now read my post out loud:

The only difference is you put Wlad in the top 10 and I didn't. Yet we agree about the competition.

Who decides how good the competition is? You overrate the fighters of the 90s.
Many of Wlad's opponents were undefeated, in their prime and never knocked down before, then Wlad knocked them out.

Just like larry(spinks), Wlad's top competitor looks to be a blown up lthwt (Adamek).Michael Grant, David Tua, hasim Rahman, all 2nd tier fighters in the 90's are still 2nd tier fighters now. They were all MUCH better then.
Bull****, they were top tier in the 90s, Rahman was knocking Lewis out and David Tua was ranked top 10 by the Ring, Michael Grant was top 10. Now all these you mentioned are nowhere close to top 10, it's a new generation of fighters and Wlad beat most of them (Chagaev, Peter, Chambers, Ibragimov).

Cong**** Wladimir Klitschko, the Ring magazine had no choice though, he cleared out the HW division and has been dominant for half-a-decade. They were looking more and more biased by not putting him in the P4P list. Couple that with the fact that he is a visible champion who proudly displays the Ring belt in all of the conferences, it also made business sense.

Yes.
And besides that, Wlad is a good role model. You don't find him smoking crack, raping women, having a dozen children out of wedlock, and such.
He spends his spare time in activities such as raising money to build schools in poor communities in Africa or helping his girlfriend in her quest to save the dolphins.
