I don't blame Pascal for not chasing Bute. He just beat the top dog and now considers himself as such. Pascal probably sees it as Bute is the one who has to move up in weight and make the move, as he certainly will not go back down to 168.

Both of these guys would be extremely dangerous for the other guy. Bute can land vicious counters when someone comes at him, but Pascal is very fast and dynamic in there and can give different looks.
