I'm thinking they might have Cloud ahead. The way he showed poise against Mack and knocked him out impressed me, and Pascal does have stamina issues. I'm just not sure which Pascal will show up. The one that fought Diaconu who didn't fade late and ******/boxed for 12 rounds? Or the one who only fought in spurts against Dawson and Hopkins?Comment

Yeah but at least it actually works for him, unlike Pascal who is just in survival mode after 6 rounds lol and looking clueless. Another thing that could be interesting though is how well Cloud deals with Pascal's movement and power, because Dawson and Hopkins were both technical. For some reason against Froch and Diaconu, Pascal seemed to have more stamina.Comment

lol well that's what hopkins does to most of his opponents.
Cloud knows how to cut off the ring very well (I noticed this against Mack when he was runnin all night) so pascal is going to be forced to fight which is why I think it's going to be a war. I'm picking Cloud to win as well, but I think Pascal is the hardest hitting opponent he's faced to date, that's my only question about Cloud - how can he handle a power shot from Pascal because he's going to eat some for sure.Another thing that could be interesting though is how well Cloud deals with Pascal's movement and power, because Dawson and Hopkins were both technical. I think Cloud has a good chin, Mack is no where near feather fisted and his hardest punches literally had no effect on Cloud, and some of them were hard counters while Cloud was actually throwing his own shot, and those are the worst ones. My question is whether or not Pascal will take the punches better since they are coming from someone who he will probably see each punch coming. Diaconu is a knockout puncher and has fast hands, and he only wobbled Pascal one time and that was in the first fight (the round where Pascal went back to his corner and smiled about it) The next thing is his stamina. Against Froch and Diaconu his stamina was better, and I'm wondering if it had anything to do with the style match up.Comment

I also think Cloud has a good chin, but if you recall he was stunned/rocked early against Glen Johnson. Who, I believe doesn't quite have the same kind of power Pascal has. While Johnson can be a bit heavy handed at times, Pacal throws those explosive very hard hitting shots. He was buzzed a bit but nothing to the point where he was in any danger of going down or anything like that, i think commentators get a little over excited sometimes lol Johnson was the only one that was truly rocked in that fight. I think Mack was hitting him with more explosive type punches and more consistently, and Cloud seemed to handle them pretty well. Pascal does have the power to hurt anyone though. And if not hurt him, he'll have the power to get Cloud's respect and that could be an issue too if he doesn't fade.

Pascal is faster than Cloud, Dawson is also faster and he had problems with Pascal's speed...
Pascal wanted that fight for some time now, i guess he knows that he has a very good chance to win.Comment
