He is very intelligent and honest. He says it how he feels and doesn't care if most don't agree.

Listening to behind the scenes interviews for other fights (Nothing to do with him) he is great.

B-Hop has done some Fight Night Club fights as an analyst. I thought he was excellent.

I see this guy on ESPN and his insight is great, hes one of the most intelligent fighters and businessmen this sport has ever seen who knows boxing inside out.

He still has all faculties and provides great insight and predicitions when talking, he doesn't come across as a deer caught in the headlights like Lennox did sometimes and I feel with experience, he would be a great commentator someday at HBO.

I will miss the bastard when hes gone, I enjoy seeing him at weigh ins trying to get as much camera time as possible and he was the architect of the Mayweather-Mosley post fight 'almost brawl', he always speaks his mind and doesn't give a fuck.

What do you guys think? Hopkins at HBO one day?

He'd be a great HBO commentator today! He's extremely likable and does of a great job of helping fans understand his thought process regarding the sweet science. I could easily see him being the best former fighter commentator out there.
