Have to disagree, between Duran, Benny Leonard and Joe Gans I really can't decide who is the number 1, all of them have a very strong case.

It's too close to say either of them is "easily" the greatest lightweight.

Even though Pacquiao has been a champ in six different divisions he still can't call himself number one all-time in any of those, whole Duran is easily the greatest lightweight ever. It's like Sugar Ray Robinson and Henry Armstrong, Robinson was a legit champ in 2 division in a span of time, while Armstrong was lineal in 3 at the same time. Still Robinson would come out on top.

So exactly why did you make the poll if your already know?

Then why are you asking P4P and not ATG? If this is P4P then this isn't even close for the reasons I mentioned in other reply.

1. Henry Armstrong
2. Ray Robinson
3. Manny Pacquiao

Again ATG and P4P ATG are two different things. If this is "Who is higher on the ATG list" then I agree Duran is higher as I have him easily in the top 10.
