I honestly think he needs another fight before taking on Pac.. and fighting a ranked fighter regardless if he wins or not would have been better than just going after pac.. I guess i wouldnt have such a problem with it if they fought at 147 for Pacs WBO tittle.. but a 150 cathweight for a 154 lbs tittle is ridiculous..

He didnt look like Margs of old.. he looked old and slow... he's not the same and i doubt he will look any better againts Pac..

True, and on top of that, people don't realize it was his first fight with his new trainer and a new fighting style. That plus the long layoff I'm sure should explain everything and why it looked less than a normal Margarito fight. Everyone knows a new fighting style doesn't perfect off the back on the first fight, especially after all that time off.

There is a difference between him not wanting to knock him out and not able to knock him out. Marg without plaster will not get into an exchange. He is afraid to get knocked out. Hence the trying to box and win rounds theory. Don't you think that long layoff could of also been good for his chin?? Being knocked out by a HOF isn't that much of a deal like you guys bring it up.

Many good fighters in the history of boxing have gotten knocked out and came back.
