Why was Chad Dawson fighting scared tonight?

He lloked damn near afraid to fight back during Pascals flurries, and when he would land two nice punches in a row he would back off and get on his bike trying not to get hit back, when he could have tried to take contol of the fight alltoghether. I would have said his fighting heart is in question had he not laid it on the line in the 11th only to stop when Pascal fought back. Well does Dwson have a bullies mentality or what.?

Dawson was getting hurt, that's why he was afraid, also he didn't respect Pascal before the fight, in the ring Pascal made him pay for that. Now, don't put that Dawson with Bute in the same ring. Like i said a few hours ago, Dawson must beat Pascal before thinking of Bute. Bute > Pascal, we all know that in Montreal, Dawson should go back fighting 40 + and stay away from Bute.

The difference was he wasn't fighting a Tarver..he was fighting Pascal.

Yeah Bully, don't know how to explain that shitty performance by Dawson.

I don't think Pascal had much to do with it nor do I think he is more than a B level fighter.

Dawson had the talent and skill to make him look like he didn't belong in there with him but he just didn't show up and it was disgraceful how he let Pascal off the hook every time he had him on the ropes and Pascal appeared like he was just going to fold up.

The LHW division is looking bad now because the 2 top guys are B level fighters and Dawson who has the talent to be an elite guy but may not have the intangibles to live up to that.

I did..everytime he hurt pascal he let him off the hook but that was a fight that will make Dawson better..u cant box all the time sometime u gotta get dirty n rumble..and he was stiff as **** tryna get in rhythm to jab with Pascal constantly moving to the right so he couldnt throw that left..it was time he couldve thrown a straight left cross but everything always had to come behind the jab..he fought scared and ****** but im sure n a rematch he will get Pascal out of there that was a huge wake up call for Dawson..
