Roy at Middleweight was unbeatable. If the competition had of been there he would have never moved out of Middle. He was naturally that weight and would have continued to dominated any and everyone. He had to move b/c people wanted to see more competition...too bad he never got that. At LH he was still unbeatable so he had to move to Heavy and win a title. Simply amazing.

Age is a ***** though and when you really so much on speed, quickness and footwork and those are the first things to go you have to know when to get out.
