I'm American and I am leaning toward Pascal as well. Dawson has amazing talent but his fights tend to put me to sleep. Pascal's style is more to my liking and if he were to win, a Pascal vs. Cloud fight would make for an awesome fight (and awesome HBO ratings as well)...
By the way, if Pascal does spring the upset, does anyone know if Dawson has a rematch clause?Comment

Well then, my dream fight of Pascal vs. Cloud is probably a long way off, if ever... I will definitely want to see the fight tonight. I didn't see Adamek vs. Dawson and the fact he beat Adamek by coming forward is pretty impressive since Adamek is a top 10 heavyweight at the moment...Comment

It was mostly boxing and circling, but Dawson backed him up at times, especially mid rounds.
I figure if Dawson wins decisively that Pascal will not be asking for a rematch. If he allows it to be too close and doesn't tattoo him, it will be cause for them to enact a rematch.Comment

I'm looking for Chad to have a breakthrough night. I've seen Pascal fight and he's more than solid. Good fighter. That said, I see a lot I like from Dawson. I just need him to get that swagger- that ring generalship great champions get- and put it all together. If he can do that, he's going to be something special. If he can't...well....that'd be a real shame.Comment
