This is not about "cotto hate" you moron's.

Nor is it about pedigree, because Cotto is the better all around fighter.

This is about primacy and chronology. If this was the Cotto of 2008 who fought Tony, I would say Cotto by murder.

But this is not the same Cotto and Jr. is entering his prime. It will be a bad night for Cotto if this fight happens and he'll be embarrassed.

Why downplay this fight? I've been hoping to see Chavez against a name opponent for a long time now. Don't know if he's legit or a pretender until he proves himself against one of the big boys. He's rightfully expected to lose this one, but it beats him not bothering to test himself at all. I was surprised Cotto brushed off Berto, and there's other guys I'd rather see him fight. But I ain't upset about this one. It might turn out to be a good fight.
