Why isn't Williams-Martinez II happening?

On October second its an HBO triple header with Berto, Cab and Dziznriuk none of the opponents are Paul or Martinez.

If HBO was smart theyd toss Williams-Martinez on the Pacquio-Margarito undercard. Not sure how that would go over with Haymon and Dibella though.

Nevermind Haymon and DiBella. That would mean greedy ass Arum would have to share his stadium PPV with two elite fighters from two more separate promoters. And he already had to make Pacquiao's purse bigger because he was crying about the amount of money, so I could only imagine how that would work out.

Why would HBO put them on the undercard when they can headline their own event and HBO would get ratings on regular HBO? Williams and Martinez are not taking a pay cuts for them to fight on Pac vs. Money May's undercard.

paul williams don't really want to fight martinez again. 50/50 is fair given that their first fight was close and especially given that martinez is the MW lineal champ.
