The substances were going to be allowed by the CSAC until Nazeem Richardson made an issue about them. The fact that NYAC signed off means nothing, they also were going to sign off on Trinidad also.

The alleged substances are not really noticed until they become solid until the later rounds, it is not like the plaster used by Resto or that situation.


The commissions are not the ones who make an issue is more the oppossing trainer. Name me several intances where the state commission has made a fighter re-wrap? They are there to make money and are not as "indepenent" as people make it out to be.

I think Margarito cheated against Williams even though he lost that fight, Margarito was punching alot harder in the later rounds and even hurt Williams with a body-shot. I think Margarito's plaster got harder. Margarito lost all his punching power when he was caught with loaded gloves. He was slapping big time with his punches against the one opponent in his last fight.

Paul Williams said the punches didn't seem abnormal... But, you probably know more than him anyways.

He's a cheater because he got caught cheating. Simple. Also, those wraps could have been missed in the other fights easily the way they were trying to hide them at Mosley.

No proof he did or didn't try, but ask yourself this, why OUT OF THE BLUE would he all of a sudden decide to start using illegal wraps? Usually once a cheater, always a cheater, isn't that what they say?
