The thing is, they are trying to sell Pacquiao as the GOAT comparing him to Leonard and Floyd but he isn't. He's good but his entire career is a fabrication. Obvious one too. That's why Mayweather laughs as all the pro boxers laugh at Pacquiao. Only casual fans really buy him as a great fighter.
