well this was a good fight not devon's best performance but he gutted it out every fighter has being in a couple of tough fights that come down to the wire and sometimes u have to fight forget the game paln and fight i think thats what happened to devon he was pressured into a fight and by the time it was round 6 they were going at it... i was just wondering if devon's opponent would have being maidana the guy would have thrown more shots and pressured devon to the maximum and i think he would have hurt devon bad if he caught em clean like andre was catching him..anyways hope this timmy v devon fight happens soon or maidana happens and put khan in the mix too...

i think given the opponent andre kotelnik was a much more skilled fighter than abregu andre is a silver medalist and is former champ so i think devon actually fought a much more skilled fighter so i think between timmy and devon's opponent devon got the better opponent to fight..

These guys own themselves. They got gassed off Devon's win over Urango and started talkin like he was Aaron Pryor. Had all kinds of people believing it too. That boy beat the dog **** out of Devon on Saturday I dont give a **** what any score card says. Picked off most of his punches and delivered accurate shots all night. Howard Lederman should be shot. LOL at Kevin Cunningham now trying to pump up Kotelnik and you know they had to throw in the he was distracted because it was at home. I still don't think you can sleep on Devon because of that performance.It wasn't a great showing for him but it was still an exciting fight where he had to dig deep to win. He also showed a great chin. His opponent had a slight height and reach advantage.Timothy won't come in with those same advantages. The fight with these 2 guys will be a classic. It will probably end up being one of those classical trilogies. The winner should fight Khan to see who is the best in the division.With Freddie Roach in his corner,Khan is very dangerous.He will definitely give Devon and Timothy major problems.These are throw back fights to the 80's. With Maidana and Peterson in the division, it is possible this generation could exceed the Leonard/Duran/ Hearns/ Hagler era. Sounds crazy, but its very possible.

cunningham said devon would knock him out in 2 rounds, now he says he knew all along kotelnik was a great fighter.

i think devon got saved by his hometown, he got served and lost the fight.
