either Pacquiao or Floyd....followed by either Andre Ward or Chad Dawson. To be honest Gamboa is good and is improving, but I don't think he is the most talented right now. This is just how I see things though and It's not like I'm the Bert Sugar of boxingscene...lol

Not to flame, but that is borderline outrageous, and this is coming from someone who actually likes him as a fighter.

He has huge flaws, and there are several things he needs to work on.

Honestly wouldn't be shocked he if got UD by Rojas.

I'm just saying this so you wont be disappointing in the kid if he comes up short, especially since you are putting him on that type of pedestal.
Since when does having the most talent mean you don't have flaws?

I mean natural talent, he has speed of hand, speed of foot, Roy Jones like reflexes, power in both his hands and quickness to throw punches you don't see and be out of there before you can react.

Like I said that has NOTHING to do with his glarin flaws, that fact that he doesn't keep his damn hands up, the fact that he brawls too much for someone without the most granite of chins and he tends to play around in the ring when he gets too comfortable. That being said, he has pretty much everything it takes to make a world class boxer. His talent is second to none at the moment.

As far as Chris John, so many people are really sleeping on him as a fighter. He may not be the most exciting guy, but he is very efficient and an excellent boxer.

I mean he did by JMM and whether people want to say it was a robbery, it still was a very close fight......which should tell you something about John as Marquez is one of the greatest FW's of this era.

FWIW I favor Lopez over all of these guys, but I'm just posting this as food for thought, and to say that they do have great chances against Juanma.
i definitely understood your post bro. the only difference in our opinion is that i dont think caballero and john would give much problem for juanma. thanks for posting

Chris John went 12 hard rounds with prime Juan Manuel Marquez in 2006. I think he has more than enough to beat both Gamboa and Lopez. John is the best in the division.

Rafael Marquez is past prime but still an okay fighter. Just a big name on JuanMa's resume. If JuanMa can't beat him, then probably Gamboa fights Raffa and i'm sure Gamboa beats Raffa.
