Ortiz needs a big win before he can make the top 5. Its not his fault though because nobody's been looking in his direction, and he is willing to fight anyone. But he hasn't gotten that career defining win yet. The Campbell fight wasn't one of those. He just did what he had to do, and nothing more. If you look at a guy like Gamboa a few months ago, he knew he was fighting on the more hyped Juanma's card so he stole the show with a 2 round KO. Ortiz should have tried to do that.

Kotelnik also beat Prime Witter and got robbed. Witter got a hometown gift decision. Kotelnik should have wins over Alexander and Witter. That's why I have Kotelnik at #2.
