Recent performances? If you rate each fighter by their last fight in terms of opposition and how they fought, I'd say:

    1. Khan
    2. Bradley
    3. Ortiz
    4. Alexander

Would his resume look better if it had an L from Kotelnik instead of a W?

              1. Bradley (Vazquez, Witter, Holt, Campbell, Peterson, Abregu)
              2. Alexander (Corley, Witter, Urango, Kotelnik)
              3. Khan (Kotelnik, Salita, Malignaggi)
              4. Ortiz (Campbell, Diaz and uhhh E. Clottey? lol)

Let's face it, Urango alone is better than Malignaggi and Salita, so Devon's resume is better than Khan's. The best fighter on Khan's resume is Kotelnik, who Devon also owns a win over now (not an impressive one at all, but a win is a win, and he did win 115-113).

I dont rate Urango ábove Malignaggi. Malignaggi is way more skilled.

Just because he's slick and moves doesn't mean he's very good. In his prime he certainly was lightning fast, had decent power and threw great combinations, but right now he isn't. He has absolutely no head movement, keeps his hands too low, has no power and his defense is his jab. If he can't keep the opponent away with it, then he's screwed. That's why guys like Hatton and Diaz had so much success. Just imagine if Diaz was in his prime and had power. It would have been a reenactment of the Hatton fight, with Malignaggi controlling the first round with his jab, but then as soon as that failed him he loses every round. The harder punching Urango would probably pitch a near shutout, whether he's as technically skilled or not.
