Margarito IN HIS Prime would never get dominated by a Kotelnik.

Margarito has fought at 154 several times most notably against Daniel Santos twice. Kotelnik has not fought above 140 lbs ever in his career and has fought as low as Lightweight. What is the meaning of this thread Chicano?Comment

Sorry I didn't word it right. I meant a Kotelnik quality fighter.Comment

Margarito probably would beat him, Maidana already did and not like he is a skillful guy he is a hard man also.
Alexander would probably beat a guy like Maidana though.Comment

Damn, you're sensitive.
Don't take every mildly critical comment about Margarito to heart. I was a supporter until the cheat controversy put a question mark over his career. Now I'm not sure how to appraise him exactly, he's a study in boxing contradiction in my eyes at this point.
Alexander had a high workrate in there, too. I said the cases were somewhat comparable, and they are...Margarito didn't look great however much he threw, period.
El Cabron got what I was saying when he stated,
"even though I think Tony looked better vs Clottey than Devon vs Kotelnik but it wasn't by any means a dominating performance"
What's the moral of the thread? Margarito >>> Alexander? Kind of irrelevant, no?
You set this whole dumb argument up, man, not me.Comment

Tony looked pretty horrible the first 4 rounds (or maybe Clottey just really impressed me)....but then again everyone looks pretty crappy against Clottey's high guard d
Tony's workrate in that fight was epic though
