              Origins of the term are in baseball as far as I know. But that title + Kenny Lane (a southpaw lightweight) on the LP sleeve is kind of a clue.

                    Rumour has it that his ex-boyfriend was a boxer as well, though it wasn't anyone notable as far as I can recall (I did hear the name before but can't remember it now).
