vargas has always been known for a weak chin and that beating tito gave him made it even weaker. vargas did go down again dlh remember that left hook. vargas has hit the canvas by lesser known fighters and that a fact. i like vargs but ill take mayo on this fight

LOL...Mayorga vs Vargas is FAR from on. Both have fights in front of them that are NOT too easy. Vargas in fact I think will only deserve to be a SLIGHT favorite over Castillejo.

And it's obvious by Vargas' bickering about Mayorga's ranking, and comments made by Sulemain in THIS VERY ARTICLE you just pasted that Vargas wants NO part of Mayorga.

If they are made to fight though, it will NOT be fight of the year. Vargas is a more defensive fighter now, first off. Secondly, Vargas is about as far out of his prime as any 27-year old can be.

Mayorga would destroy Vargas. It's only a question of when. Vargas brain was effed up by Tito and De La Hoya.

2) More importantly, Vargas has made it plain as day that he wants no part of Mayorga. You should catch up. Sulemain just reffered to the problem in this very article in the first post in this thread. Vargas bickered about Mayorga's ranking. Now why would he do that? Because he doesn't want to fight Mayorga. Duh.
