This was not Devon's best performance and the scoring was BAD! BUT, Kotelnik did himself in by not following up with combos when he had Devon rattled. It's the kids first BIG fight on the BIG stage being at home. He should use this experience to his advantage which will make him even better going forward. Kotelnik should have listen to his trainer McKinnley when he said, "go fight this boy...not box!" Kotelnik will be back and is still a Top 5 140lber! Oh, and DK didnt pay anyone off...you guys really kill me with that BS!

      Alexander clearly lost
thats how lederman scored the bradley fight vs abre-who. suddenly he switches gears for the alexander fight vs kotelnik for being busier, hitting almost nothing but blocks and air after the first few rounds

I remember when Pretty Boy did his show I stressed my interests in this fight, I knew Kotelnik is one of those tough guys you can't just run threw. I saw Devon give and take also with Witter and Urango, Kotelnik however I knew wouldn't be KO'ed and would be a hard 12 round fight for not just him but anyone so I knew Devon had a tough task ahead of him and I was very anxious to see this fight and it didn't disappoint me..

this being said I think Timothy Bradley will out punch Devon, I always felt this was a razor thin kind of fight where either guy can win but Timothy will take what Devon gives and he will out work him too. I REALLY want to see that fight, Timothy Bradley VS Devon Alexander!

I dont get why anyone thought Alexander really posed that much of a threat given hes only beaten sub par fighters.

Khan and Bradley should get it on
You wanna hear what they've been saying about Khan the last two days

Tim Bradley is the best 140 lber right now. If Devon Alexander is smart, he will find a way to avoid Bradley in January. He is still way too green and Bradley may lose a few rounds early but will take over in the middle rounds and win a close but clear cut decision against Devon after 12 rounds. If Kotelnik would have went to Devon's body from the start, he might have wore down Devin enough to win. Bradley wouldn't make that mistake...

I had it 116-112 Alexander, but I try not to treat my first scorecards as gospel. I'll have to watch the HD version to get a proper viewpoint on all this - i.e. slow down the punches, divide each round into 3 separate minutes, decide on who controlled the pace, etc.

Interesting to see the highly acclaimed Alexander looking in such trouble, though. At times he looked downright ****ty in there. Now that both Bradley and Alexander have had disappointing UD wins, the discussions between the 2 will likely go off in all sorts of directions...
