Manny Mayweather vs Floyd Pacquiao looking more like one in the same.
mayweather has always wanted random tests, not a cutoff date,,,in that case just forget the testing if there is a cutoff

you guys do understand thats why the fight never happened, right? manny's refusal to take a test, other fighters have said they'll fight mayweather and don't mind getting tested, why does manny mind? i still haven't heard of a good answer from manny for refusing
He supposedly agreed in July or whatever. Even though I haven't seen anything specific nor have I heard of Pac signing that he agreed and sending it for Floyd signature. WE the fans are getting taken for a ride by both camps for almost a year now.

I understand man but the 14-day window was to meet Manny halfway. I do think they both want the fight. I just think it's everyone else that's hurting it.

Calling out King and Mayweather may not be successful.
Mayweather is not willing to face the danger of getting in the ring with Manny. King will definately be interested in the money and can fix any advantage for his fighter but will that be enough for Floyd.

Maybe I'm being too logical here but, why is 14 days no longer acceptable all of a sudden? If I remember correctly, Manny didn't want to do unprecedented testing, then during negotiations he said 1 the day of the press conference, 1 30 days before the fight, then 1 on fight night in the locker room (after the fight). Then he agreed to random testing up to 24 days and unlimited random urine samples, Mayweather wanted 14. Then Pacquiao agreed to 14 days and what was once perfectly reasonable and would supposedly make the fight happen became ridiculous. So what changed? What happened in the field of anti-doping in the months between Jan and May of 2010 that now makes what Mayweather and all his fans deemed perfectly viable a few months earlier now unacceptable.

And it doesn't help that testing for Mayweather-Mosley stopped 18-19 days before the fight AND the Nevada hearing about testing protocol (The USADA was invited to make a case) deemed blood testing unreliable/unnecesary and potentially harmful.

So basically... what's wrong with a 14 day window, with unlimited urine testing, and a blood/urine test on the night of the fight?

EPO can clear the system in two to four days and thus no postfight drug screening could catch it. The fighter would use it until a week or so before the fight, gain all of its benefits, cycle off and then pass the test. If you had no testing until after the fights, the boxers could dope with impunity.

thats why,you also say the night of the fight, manny doesn't want that
