Like 'to many punches' in Trinidad-Hopkins fight? or like 'to many punches' in the Cotto-Margarito fight?

Aw man come on, you damn well know Anuglo ain't a TR dancer so why you even mention the fight, dream on....just like I do....

I was impressed with Chavez against Duddy, he showed me some skill, grit, and heart. I don't think he will be an easy fight for Cotto but I think Cotto beats him.

I don't know why Arum wants to sacrifice him to Cotto just yet unless Arum is trying to retire soon and isn't trying to have a huge stable of fighters.

It will be a huge selling fight but once Chavez jr loses, his marketablity goes WAY down.

I think JCC struggles to make 154 and thats why his last fight was at 160.

Agreed, hopefuly the talks between King and PBf are serious and they can make the fight with Arum for Pacman, therefore Margarito-Cotto wil probably come into play.

You never know, probably Arum is doing this because he probably thinks, or Roach convince him, that Jr can beat Cotto and that will increase 100% Jr's value. I beleive Arum had those same thoughts with Foreman and it backfired on him.

I was thinking the same thing the other days when this fight was 1st mentioned. Jr might have lots of trouble to make the 154 weight.

That's the one I want to see as well. In the end I have no problem with Cotto fighting Jr. He deserves some time off to extend his career. Cotto has always fought the best, and faced whomever they put in front of him whether or not it made stylistic sense for him. Angulo can keep on winning and raise his profile in the process and have the two meet up next year.

And for the record, anyone that calls Cotto a bumb for taking a fight with Chavez Jr. is an ingrate in my book; an ingrate of boxing. I more fighters were like Cotto boxing overall would be much better.

Yup. But it would still be just one loss and his fans haven't been turned off by his mediocre opposition so far so he would still be way more marketable than the Caballeros, Bertos, and yes even Pwills of the world.
