No, no reason to. Fights where a guy cheats weight you can consider it for, but catchweights are certainly no reason to put an * next to a win because lots of fights are fought at catchweights.

I think there should be, especially for title fights. In title fights the catchweight is always going to be below the the max weight.

Of course, but only if guys are fighting at 147 and 154 respectively, and they meet at say 150lbs or something. Hopkins-Dlh was a catch weight fight. Dlh-Pac was not. Get my drift?

          Divisions 106, 112, 115, 122, 126, 130, 135, 140, 147, 154, 160, 168, 175, 190, are NOT catch weights to fight at since they are the limit of each division.

No, I don't think they should.

If you did that, you'd have to put a LOT of *s in the record books. Henry Armstrong, Ray Leonard, Bernard Hopkins, Pacquiao, and even Mayweather would have * next to their names/fights. Hell Ray Leonard won the Super-Middleweight and Light-Heavyweight titles on the SAME NIGHT in a catchweight fight against Lalonde (168 CW, not even LHW). Catchweights have been around since the days of Henry Armstrong, let's stop making believe Pacquiao invented them

Armstrong won his titles at 126, 135 and 147, and almost won a 4th title. Even if H.A weighed less than his opponent, he still fought the champs at their division limits I believe. I may be wrong but...I'd have to do the research again since my memory needs to be jump started lol...

You're erasing a lot of results then. An asterik would be next to wins for:

                  Whitaker against Chavez
                  Leonard against Lalonde.
                  Hopkins against De La Hoya
                  Pac against Cotto
                  Terry Norris against Meldrick Taylor
                  Mayweather against Marquez
                  Mayorga against Vargas
                  Ayala against Tapia

That's a lot of fights to discredit with an asterisk, huh?
